Whenever I follow a weight loss diet plan to shed a few extra pounds, I never give up my favorite foods. 1.25 pounds lean ground turkey 6 tablespoons ground flax 1 can spaghetti sauce Reduced Sugar Ragu 1 can pinto beans (low sodium – or get dry organic beans and soak them) 1 can black beans (low sodium – or get dry organic beans and soak them) 1 packet chili seasoning 1 chopped jalapeño or green pepper (optional) Fresh chopped cilantro – garnish optional

Fry the minced beef in a deep pan. Drain off excess fat and return to pan. Add sauce, seasonings, beans and flax. Now cook on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
