Wuji (Wu Chi) – Posture of Infinity

Move your body to get rid of the pain, but try to control the body when you are uncomfortable.

One way to get rid of discomfort is to imagine that your breath is moving to the area of ​​discomfort. Imagine that your breath is entering and leaving your body in that area. With each inhalation, bring healing qi into your body. With each exhale, remove stagnant qi and release tension and pain. Allow the qi healer to remove the discomfort.
